If this percentage is zero check your soil map has the same projection as your DEM.

There is no crop or soil data for channel 16 (LINKNO 0) in subbasin 1 (and perhaps others)

Click on the Zoom Full button in QGIS. If your project splits into two
then your soil map is not properly reprojected.
