Dear community,
A question regarding the units of stream in the channel_sd_subday.txt with an hourly model ran.
I noticed that there is a factor of 1000 between the daily q_modeled and q_subdaily_daily.
Initially, i assumed that dividing the flo_out_hourly by the time step (3600s) would give me m3/s. But dividing by 1000 is giving the more consistent results with the flo_out_daily (m3/s).

Could this be due to the fact that the sub_daily flo is updated by the water quality module? and the routing module? if yes, then dividing by 1000 seems legit since is the water quality module there is a change from m3 to L for concentration calculation.

Thank you for the help,
Best ,
Jerome

Dear Jerome, dear all,

By chance, did you fix that issue?

I'm currently facing the same problem, flo_out in channel_sd_subday.txt is about 1,000 times more than it should be in reality.
I tested SWAT+ rev61.0.1 and rev61.0.2, and source code indicates m3/s but I did not check all calculations in the code.

Any hints would be appreciated.
Thanks for your help,
Laurie
