Landuse in QGIS and SWAT+ Editor

Good day!

I’m having an issue with my land use data between QGIS and the SWAT+ Editor. The land use class “WATR” that I assigned during HRU creation is automatically transformed into “WETW”, which uses different parameters.

I already tried adding a WATR entry in the SQLite database, but it didn’t work. I also tried modifying the WETW parameters, but the problem still persists.

I’m not sure how to resolve this, as I’m still new to the software. I want to learn more about SWAT+, but self-learning is difficult when I can’t find answers to these issues. I hope someone can help. Thank you.

My understanding is that they removed 'WATR' landuse from SWAT+ entirely, and it's replaced with WETW if they user provides WATR to QSWAT+. You might check the SWAT+ modeling group instead for insight into how to define water in your watershed (this area is beyond my knowledge as well).
