Hi all,

I’m working with a calibrated SWAT+ model using the SWATrunR package in R (https://github.com/chrisschuerz/SWATrunR) and would like to integrate GWFlow into it for my Master’s thesis on groundwater floods and nitrate dynamics in Austria.

Most tutorials and the recent workshop (SWAT+ conference) used either Python scripts or the SWAT+ interface, but our setup relies on R due to specific model edits. Since most examples and publications use Python-based workflows, I’m finding it difficult to identify the exact steps needed for GWFlow integration in this context.

If anyone has experience with this or could share example files or guidance, it would be a big help — I’m hoping to get the setup running soon.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Kind regards,

Benthe Thielen
