Plant ET and Soil ET Does Not Reflect Forest-Dominated Landuse of A Basin

Hi all, currently I am running a model on Semenyih Basin in Malaysia. This basin consist of 78% forest and 22% urban landuse. Can anyone advise me on the result, as I think the value of Plant ET and Soil ET is not correct, given that the landuse is dominated by plants and forest?
