Land use codes

Hii
I am working with the CDL landcover data layer and have prepared a lookup table in which the water class was given as WATR. But, after generating HRUs, I can see that there is no Landuse assigned as water; instead, the model reads it as WETW. The images and Excel sheet of the lookup table are attached.
I would appreciate any insights you have.

I recommend reclassifying the raster file by merging the land use classes, so you have unique codes; no need to repeat the codes in the look-up tabel.

This is as intended. There are no HRUs with landuse WATR in SWAT+. WATR pixels are either made part of reservoirs or converted to WETW.
