Hi there,

1. Primary Issue Location

  • Component: SWAT+ Editor, SWAT+ Executable
  • Area of impact: input & output / maybe formatting?

2. Software Versions

  • SWAT+ Editor 3.2.1 / SWAT+ rev 61.0.2

3. Project Characteristics

  • Watershed Details: 2852 ha, 7 subbasins, 800+ HRUs, Located in Ontario, Canada
  • Modeling Aim: water quality, water balance

4. Description of Issue

  • The Problem: I am noticing nutrients init values and mineralization are NA even though I thought I successfully set my values , I think but I am not sure that this is connected to the yield being 0 as well
  •  image.png image.png
  • image.png
  • Step to Reproduce: There was no error, this just shows when I run the swat check, but maybe my nutrients file is incorrect? I do have plan initial values as well, which I think are pointing to the right files in management and vice versa

5. Supporting Data (Optional)

  • Link to TxtInOut folder: I dont have one but can share folder if needed
Any help with this is appreciated.

Many thanks and best wishes,
Camilla

Hi, thanks for the detailed information. First try updating to 3.2.2 that was just released. I did find a bug reading one of the output files, so it could be that. After updating, go to the Run page and re-run just the Analyze output for visualization part to re-read your output.

This version does update SWAT+ Check so it will look a bit different. There is still one place where NA exists due to current unavailability, and in the updated version that is under Plants tab, Removed in Yield; Nitrogen and Phosphorus.

If other things still don't look correct, you can look at the outputs directly in your TxtInOut, the basin_nb_aa file in particular for nutrients.
