Has anyone developed a python code using GHCNpy to pull weather data and format for SWATplus editor input provided a US weather station id?

Following up on my previous inquiry..

I was able to pull temperature and precipitation data with the rnoaa package in R. I have a few more questions:

1. Does pcp_hhr, slr_ave, dew_ave, wnd_ave, need to be provided or can those be generated if temperature and precipitation are imported? 

2. Looking at the example datasets from robit, there are rows 1-12, but I would expect that the monthly weather data would be provided for each year. Is it averaged across all years?
