Hi everyone,
First, I am trying to calibrate my model but there are a few parameters that do not have a default range mentioned in the SWAT+ or SWAT2012 Input/Output Documentation. Does anyone know the ranges for available water capacity (awc), saturated hydraulic conductivity of the soil layer (soil_k), and the moist soil albedo from the soils.sol. Also does anyone know the range for the Effective hydraulic conductivity of the channel alluvium (k.channel) in hyd-sed-lte.cha? In the input/output documentation, I found some ranges but they are not closed ranges, which is what I need for the calibration. What I mean is that one bed material has a K of >125 mm/hr, which is not a valid range to use in my R code.
Second, does anyone know if it's possible to get outputs on an hourly timestep? From what I have found you can have SWAT process on an hourly timestep, but the outputs can only be as small as daily. I want to use hourly nutrients data from storm events to help calibrate my model.
Thank you,
Matt Lombardo
