Unable to create HRUs

Hi all,

I am new to SWAT modelling. I am having a challenge creating HRUs.
I keep getting the similar errors as the attached.

Kindly advise where I would be going wrong. I have used:
a) FAO user soil table
b) Also used HSWD_Data
