HRU number mismatch QGIS vs Editor

Hi there,

After I created my HRUs in QGIS, I move on to the Editor and check out what the summary of the watershed looks like. In two cases, the summary says that the total number of HRUs is 823 instead of 798 or 788 (these are my actual HRUs depending on how I filter them), so it looks like the Editor is showing the full HRUs. Is this normal and will SWAT then run on the full HRUs instead of the actual HRUs?
