SWAT MODFLOW Simulation fails

Hello Sir Seonggyu & SWAT MODFLOW Group Users

I am facing problem in execution in simulation of SWAT-MODFLOW, and i cant able to find the and mistake i did why this error came, I have created my modflow model using flopy & Modflow 2005 version.

I am attaching my error screen and dis , list file .

Hello Sir Seonggyu ,

i have solved this problem , but now i have confusion regarding time period of SWAT and MODFLOW. lets assume i have simulated SWAT from 2011 to 2020 with NYSKIP 2 years so it produce the output from 2013 to 2020 and based on that i have created and simulated MODFLOW model from 2013 to 2020 as i have SWAT data from 2013 to 2020. Now in QSWATMOD it simulate from 2011 to 2020 and because of lack of MODFLOW data it fails. So in this case what i need to do, will i have to edit file.cio or i have to add average data or something else??
