Hi,

If you say no river is no stream discharge in a subbasin, yes, the SWAT-MODFLOW model can simulate its seasonal streamflow variations.

Here is an example of the monthly average streamflow of a SWAT-MODFLOW model. You can see there is almost zero streamflow from March 2013 to November 2013.
