Questions on Recharge Coverage and Stress Period Error in SWAT–MODFLOW

Dear SWAT–MODFLOW Team,

I hope you are doing well. I’m currently running my coupled SWAT–MODFLOW model and have encountered two issues that I’d appreciate your help with:

  1. Recharge coverage:
    The recharge seems to be applied only over the upland areas instead of the entire model domain, even though my active cells appear correct. Could you please clarify why recharge is not being assigned to all active cells?

  2. Stress period issue:
    My model has the stress period of 1, but it starts running from period 2 — even though I don’t have a stress period 2 defined. I have checked all well and boundary input files, but the issue still persists. Could you please help me understand why the simulation is starting period 2?
