Hello!
I am currently working on setting up a SWAT-MODFLOW-RT3D model in my study
area. I have read some manuals for SWAT-MODFLOW-RT3D, and I find it confusing
to see so many different versions of the model. Below are several questions I
have:
Is the latest
release version of SWAT-MODFLOW available for download from the SWAT
website?
Does this version
include the capability to utilize MODFLOW UZF packages?
Can
SWAT-MODFLOW-RT3D accurately depict the reactive transport of nitrates in
unsaturated zones?

Hi,
1. **Latest Version:** You can find the latest version of SWAT-MODFLOW3 on GitHub: [link to releases](https://github.com/spark-brc/SWAT-MODFLOW3/releases). 2. **UZF Package:** Unfortunately, the UZF package is not currently available in SWAT-MODFLOW3. 3. **Reactive Transport Simulation:** Due to the absence of the UZF package, simulating the reactive transport of nitrates in unsaturated zones is not possible with the current version.
