I'm a first-year graduate student, and I’m planning to work on integrating SWAT and MODFLOW for my research. I’m a bit overwhelmed and not sure where to begin.

Could anyone kindly share some tips or guidance on how to get started with this project? Any recommendations on software setup, learning resources, or step-by-step workflow would be really appreciated.

you might find the SWAT-MODFLOW software page useful https://swat.tamu.edu/software/swat-modflow/. It offers access to the model code, example datasets, and the QSWATMOD graphical user interface, which simplifies the process of linking SWAT and MODFLOW models.
