Problem when I run SWAT-MODFLOW with QSWATMOD2

I need your help. I'm trying my own SWAT-MODFLOW model with QSWATMOD2. When I start running the model the next ad appears in the CMD console.  I hope you can help me.

Hi,

I guess you need to change MODFLOW timestep from SS (steady state) to TR (transient) in the *.dis file which is typically located at the end of the file. Please change it and run the model again, and if the issue persists, please share your project.

Yes, the *.dis file are in transient (TR), but I think the problem is that I have a low conductivities (0.00008 to 0.09 m/day) and deep groundwater table (5m to 90m) because the problem persists. I think that not have  exchange the surfaces water to groundwater.
