SWAT MODFLOW SIMULATION GETTING FAILED

Hello, I wanted to know couple of things:
1. is this swatmodflow interface entirely based on 32 bit? My watersehd area is over 18000 sqkm and has over 800 hrus with 73 subbasins.
2. Can anyone help me know why the model fails to simulate everytim. after showing "MODFLOW is being used". But then it stops automatically without any actual simulation process. The screenshot is added below.
