Create MODFLOW river

Hello  SWAT-MODFLOW team,

Hello everyone, I am currently using the latest QSWATMOD2 to create modflow .And also when i tried to create  modflow river it is an error.   Could anyone please advise on how I can resolve these issues?  .Her ii is the problem below
