Dear Seonggyu: swat-modflow3 run error(simulates only one day)

Hi all!

I'm feeling Rome wasn't built in a day when I study the model... Thank you for everyones efforts here ansering all the questions with kindness.

Thanks to Seonggyu, Now I am kind of expert for making QSWATMOD input data.

However, When I run the SWAT-MODFLOW simulation, I face odd situation.

My model stops at day one without any error like this:

First, I doubt conversions error however, there might be error message...

before running the model, I saw messages saying:

Linkage files exported

Configuration exported to SWAT-MODFLOW model

and checked everything is correct like SWAT model in the blanks of the simlation tab.

I didn't clicked or changed any thing from this tab.

Thanks for everyone's help all the time.

I checked your QSWATMOD project and found your MODFLOW grid wasn't created correctly. I labeled column ids on the MODFLOW grid shapefile and you can see they are not consistent.

Please recreate a MODFLOW grid shapefile by adding or subtracting a column or row. Then relink the models.

Thank yoiu for your recommentation Dr.Seonggyu!

I succeded simulating my area of interest!

However, to make a suggestion, could you please add this page(https://github.com/spark-brc/QSWATMOD2#new-features-added-to-qswatmod2) to the manual?

I think this will be important as preprocess step for running the model. And I think I will not be the only one confronting this problem.

One more thing, does QSWATMOD2 has visual interface for making modflow.obs file? I cannot find from the GUI.

Hi,

Yes, it does. You need to provide a point shapefile or select grids where you would like to have simulated groundwater elevation.
