Error in creating river_grid shapefile in QSWATMOD

Hi all-

I am currently working on building SWAT-MODFLOW model for my study area and I followed the tutorial for creating a new MODFLOW model for my watershed using QSWATMOD2. I was able to create the grid and define boundary and when creating MODFLOW river, mf_riv2 file is created but I get this error message due to which I am not able to create river_grid.gpkg file. I have attached the screenshot of the error. I would be grateful if anyone could offer some insights. Thanks a lot.
