Did you try to copy SWAT2012.exe from Arcswat folder and paste in swat cup and rename as SWAT.exe?

Please try that 

But i would like to let you know that in order to calibrate for ET, you first have to calibrate for discharge and fix the parameters before you can calibrate for ET

I was trying to retrieve the original conversation, but could not. So posting in here. I am also trying to calibrate ET and having the same issue. Hasan, were you able to sort the issue out?

This error is due to the wrong input data. Check it correctly. If not working try to make the model once again in any new version of arcgis.
