SWAT CUP stuck at Simulation no = 1 Executing year 1

i am currenty running a SWAT-CUP calibration using SUFI2 Algorithm. My SWAT model ran in 2013-2022 range with warming up periode 6 years because the observed streamflow only available in 2019-2022. I've successfully run calibration before but the objective function didn't meet the satisfactory category yet. Yesterday, i update my windows and try to run the calibration process again. But the Sufi2_Run.Bat stuck at the executing year 1 and still running. Any help for this kind of problem?. I'll attach the SWAT-CUP input
