SWAT-CUP underestimating the river discharge

Hello to all,

I'm using the SWAT model for simulating the river discharge in a lower Himalayan watershed using discharge data from a single gauge station. 

I have successfully set-up the ArcSWAT interface. The output was imported in SWAT-CUP (SUFI-2) to calibrate the model.

I have run several simulations, but even after adjusting the parameter values the NS value is below 0. And also the simulated flow is lagging to the observed discharge. 

I have attached the hydrology component details for my area along with 95PPU plot.

Kindly help, as it is very important for my PhD.
