Hi everyone.
I have  some missing pcp and temp data but after importing user weather data by replacing missing value -99.0 on them  and after opening  PCP And TMP File in " Scenarios/default/Taxinout" the pcp table contain -099.0 and but in temp -99.0. Again I replace -099.0 as -99.0 in pcp data although  the error occur on  output.std file. ?? Why
Any one can help me?

Hi,
Do you re-run the swat.exe after making the changes to the pcp files?
It is a bit unclear what you are doing. The "cure" for this is:
- write all your model files (including tmp, pcp, etc.) thru your interface (ArcSWAT, I guess);
- go to the TxtInOut folder and make the corrections on your files (replace the -099.0 to -99.0). Save the files.
- run the swat.exe either manually or thru the interface.
- examine the output. Check if you have the correct precipitation in your output.std or sub.

Hope this helps. Best,
Natalja
