Hello Team,

I am working on SWAT model calibration on a Linux/HPC system.

I am looking for the SUFI-2 Linux executable (sufi2_64bit_dynamiclib_LINUX.zip) or any guidance on how to obtain or run SUFI-2 on Linux.

I would appreciate any help or direction.

Hi,

If you are trying to run SWAT-CUP in Linux, I will recommend you to look into R-SWAT, which is an R based open source program to execute SWAT calibration using parallel processing, and you can implement more sampling methods into it.
