can't find SUFI2_LH_sample.exe in SUFI2_pre.bat

Dear SWAT-CUP users

Hello,

I have a question about SUFI2_LH_sample.exe. 

When I ran SUFI2_pre.bat, I got warning as  SUFI2_LH_sample.exe is not found in my directory.

However I found that execution file exists in my directory actually, but when I clicked it myself, it showed that file can not be founded.

I even tried to copy and paste SUFI2_LH_sample.exe from different SUFI2 directory which works well, but I didn't work in my troubling directory.

I don't know why it was and am wondering how I can resolve it.

Actually I also got the other problem that Echo folder wasn't created automatically itself... 

But it was temporarily resolved after making that folder manually..

Dear Kim,
I have read from SWAT_CUP Google Group Discussion that you encountered a problem of SUFI2_LH_Sample.exe a year ago. The error is just the same as you as you posted. Can I ask you please how did you fix the problem. I am using SWAT-CUP 5.1.5.4 version.

If its not there just copy it from where you installed the program into your project directory. Also, try using the newest version.

Dear Hassen and Karim,

I haven't fixed this problem though I used SUFI2_LH_Sample.exe from Sourcedata and tried using the newest version.

However, I could calibrate the model with another computer and same version of SWAT-CUP.

I don't know why two computers with the same version have shown different results, but I guess there might be a problem of compatibility, or computer itself.

That problem might have made some required files missing or broken. For example, Echo folder hasn't been generated automatically either.

I faced with this problem too. I solved this problem with disabling antivirus software. Sometimes antivirus when this file is copying in directory block this file until disabling or adding this file to trusted files list for antivirus.

Just disable antivirus.

Best way is defining  the swat-cup project directory as a trusted directory for your antivirus software.

YES, thank you Mohammad Reza,

We have discussed this many times before that the antivirus in your system can interfere greatly with swatcup. It can stop some exe files from getting copied into your swatcup project, as well as  slowing it down considerably, especially if you run parallel processing. Set your antivirus to trust the directory where you installed swatcup and the directory where you have the swatcup project.
