Negative NSE and almost 0 R2

Hi everyone, 

I'm an MS student working on my thesis pertaining runoff in a watershed. I am using SUFI2 for calibration. Unfortunately, I always get negative NSE and low R2 values. Am I doing calibration wrongfully, can you help me please. Thanks

Am experiencing the a similar challenge moreover with SWATPlus Cup. I hope someone comes to our rescue
