Error of cannot open the input file

Hi All,

I am working on calibrating my model with SPE. I followed the steps as shown in the instruction video, but I constantly got this error attached in the email. I will really appreciated that if anyone could point out the problem for me.

The issues are in ur input, if u are doing discharge/streamflows callibration, the column number would be 7, u wrote column 10. Also if ur basin is no 12 , then use 12 instead of 3 , in that extraction input file. I am not much familiar with SPE , but these are the mistakes I noticed on quick glance.

Really appreciated your reply.

I am using SWAT+ CUP and calibrating the flow discharge of channel 3 of subcatchment 12. I have changed these mistakes that you pointed out but still have the same problem in my first email.

Judging from my error report, I noticed that it said "forrtl : severe (157) : Program Exception - access violation", could this mean the program is not functioning properly on my computer? Many thanks again.

So I just checked swat+ , and the column no for discharge is indeed 10 , do correct that back again haha, sorry about that. Also do check ur variable name , it should also be d_FLOW_OUT_12.

Also for discharge u only need that channel and channel sd as *y* across all column , cuz that's the output u would need only , make rest all as "n".

And one more thing regarding the error! Did u copy swap.exe program in ur swat-cup project folder ? If haven't, do that and try again. If this all doesn't work out , try changing directory of ur swat cup folder.

Hi Ahsan,

Thank you so much for your helps and your time! I really appreciated them.

I tried these all again but it still not worked.

I am thinking that maybe it is because our lab installed the program under the admin account in the computer. Even though the program is installed for all users, it still not functioned well. I will try to test the program with our IT to see if there could be a solution.
