95ppu, sim par and summary stat not display by SWAT cup

 I am  using the SWAT-CUP 2012 for the first time. I run the model for two parameters flow and sediment load. After running the post process I got some errors (attached file). The model did not generate 95ppu plot, best sim, or goal. Text and summary of stat and give error.

I try to ensure all the parameters are within the range, but the problem is still there. 

The variables are as follows:

Please give me your advice.

Corrupt soil file, replace it from back up.
