Dear All,

Hello, I'm currently modeling streamflow for sub-basin along the coast of Delaware from 1995-2024 (w/ a 5 year warm-up period). The watershed is ~2000 km^2 with ~13,000 HRUs and 3 observational gauges along channels 83, 380, & 476 (or 'Units' 31, 132, & 161).

I ran an initial calibration with the "v__WDPQ.bsn" parameter for one iteration as recommended, and the output from SWATPlus-CUP varied greatly from SWAT+ Editor. I double-checked and made sure I was using the same version of SWAT+ (Rev 61.0.1), and I couldn't find any discrepancies between the input files. I also made sure that I used the correct 'Unit' numbers associated with the channels for extraction.

Does anyone know why there is a discrepancy between the results from Editor and CUP? I included the SWAT+ Editor Scenario TxtInOut file, the SWATPlus-CUP file, and a comparison of the results for the observational gauges below for reference.

Happy Holidays,

-Martha Ryan
