to SWAT-CUP

Hi everyone,

I am using QSWAT 2.0.3 with QGIS 3.40.14 and SWAT-CUP Premium 6.2. I am trying to define elevation bands via Utility Programs → Make ELEV BAND. However, after running Elev_band_CUP.exe, the results are not correct (the generated outputs are zero/empty as in the attached screenshot), and the final model.in file created by SWAT-CUP is empty (0 KB)—although its modification time updates each time I run the utility.

Because I did not have enough free disk space on the drive where my SWAT project was originally run, I created and ran the SWAT-CUP project on a different drive. The SWAT project folder I selected contains the standard SWAT structure (TablesIn, TablesOut, and TxtInOut) and I also confirmed that the Utility Programs created the required subfolders/files.

Could running SWAT-CUP (and generating model.in) on a different drive than the original SWAT run be the reason for this issue, even if all required Utility Program folders and inputs appear to be prepared correctly? If not, could you please advise what specific input files or folder paths Elev_band_CUP strictly requires to successfully populate model.in when the project was created with QSWAT?

I would appreciate any guidance on the correct workflow or checks to ensure model.in is generated properly.
