Missmatch of SWAT-CUP x ArcSWAT & Extrapolated Flow

Hello everyone, I have two problems with my calibration, here they are:
- Mismatch Result, when I tried to do monthly calibration on my project (971 sub-basins), I got better NS in my model accompanied by the new 5 parameters (CN2, ALPHA_BF, GW_REVAP, GW_DELAY, GWQMN). When I put it into the ArcSWAT Model for applying to other sub-basins, I got a different result. Referring to other discussions it's caused by a different SWAT version, but I used SWAT2020 rev. 681 in both apps for ArcGIS 10.5 (copying the swat64_debug.exe to my project folder). The SWAT-CUP version is 2012 version 5.1.6. I applicated the parameters through two methods, the first one changed the SWAT2012.mdb, and the second changed from the manual calibration helper function.
- Daily calibration, I tried to do daily calibration on SWAT-CUP, manually I calculated the NS and got -0.86. When I calibrate with CUP, it gave me extrapolated flow.
