BEST Simulations = 1, everytime I try to improve the results it always shows that only simulation no 1 is the best simualtions

and whenever it starts the process the simulation no 1 changes the parameters value is the only best fitted change for the others simulations value is not working. it only works for simulatons no 1 . I am seeking oppurtunity from the experts, whoever known to this problem , please show kindness, please
