Dear All,

I hope this email finds you well.

I have developed a rainfall-runoff model for a small watershed using ArcSWAT. I successfully calibrated and validated the model using SWAT-CUP, achieving satisfactory results. Now, I need to assess the impacts of IPCC climate scenarios. To do this, I am replacing the datasets in ArcSWAT to incorporate climate scenario data.

While implementing this, I want to use the "No Observation" option in SWAT-CUP. However, when running the model for the 2018-2100 period, I am encountering an error that I am unable to resolve. I have attached the details and relevant files for reference.

Could you please guide me on how to proceed with this issue? I would appreciate any insights or suggestions you may have.

Best regards,

SEFA NUR

In extract_output_no_obs.def file, beginning year should exclude warm up period, and also I would try not to use “ALL” to represent the total arm number of hru because it might cause problem, just put the number of hrus or subbasins.

Thank you for your answer. I did not use a warm-up period. I took it as 0. Should I delete this line directly when it comes to the All section?

Maybe don’t delete it and just change it to the actual number.

So how should this number be determined? What exactly does it mean?

Just the total number of subbasins, you should be able to find it in your output.hru file.
