SWAT Cup error for leap year

Hi everyone,

I am getting an error from SWAT cup saying 2016 is a leap year (screenshot attached). I run my model from the years 2013-2017. I also changed the julian days to 366 days (earlier it was 365 days) in the CIO file. I would really appreciate any help in this. Please see attached both the screenshot of the error and the CIO file.

Please look at the beginning year of simulation in CIO file
