Problem with SWAT CUP Premium - SPE_extract_rch.exe operation

Hello SWAT user,

I have problem with SWAT CUP Premium - SPE_extract_rch.exe operation.

When I turn on SPE_run.bat, the whole simulation is done. But after this simulation, the SPE_extract_rch.exe program starts and nothing works anymore (attachment). What could be the reason for this problem?

I am also wondering about the SWAT 2009 version shown in the third line in the picture. I use the 2012 version.

The problem is usually cause by a timing error. Please watch the video below to make sure your timing is correct. 

A swat.exe is provided by the program, you can replace this with your swat version.

I have the timings exactly correct but still no good.
