Hello Dr. Karimi and SWAT+ CUP Developers,

I am currently using SWAT+ CUP for calibration but have been unsuccessful. I am encountering the issue shown in the attached screenshot. I tried searching for a solution in previous discussions, but it seems this specific problem has not been addressed.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Best regards,
Daff

If you are in windows 11 then copy swat2012 from c drive(probably)> swat>Arcswat>scroll down till swat2012 (it doesn't say swat.exe like in windows 10 anymore) so, copy and paste it in your project file and rename it to exactly this👉SWAT "DO NOT, I AM REPEATING DO NOT RENAME IT AS SWAT.EXE" and all your swat related and swat not recognised errors should vanish.I have seen most of the people using ArcMap 10.5, arcswat201210-524, and swat cup 5.1.6.2 so, give it a try

Re-check your data,
The error means SWAT is written in Fortran.
In Fortran, arrays have fixed sizes.

The error says:
There’s an array called HEDR (Hydrologic Response Unit headers, usually related to subbasin or HRU definitions).
It was defined with a maximum size of 46 elements.
But your input data you are giving is trying to access element 57, which doesn’t exist.
That’s why the program crashes — it’s an out-of-bounds array index error.
