I have been following the threads currently on the SWAT-CUP group and have made the changes to the swat2012.exe file regarding this error.  I have copied it over and I am still having the issue.  I have attached an image of the error.  It is giving me leap year errors despite having the leap years included in the discharge data.  What other edits can be made to help solve this problem?

Copy the executable swat from your arcswat folder into your swatcup project. Call it swat.exe
