Error in Swat_cup\Sufi2.output

KINDLY!

I have simulated the Swat2012 successfully and I run swat-cup2019 (SUFI2) for a single variable (stream flow) at the watershed outlet (reach no. 2) for  calibration, validation, uncertainty and sensitivity analysis.  However, I encountered with problems which sent me that files doesn't exist during I try to open swat cup\outputs. First I run 500 simulation with 19 parameters. I alternatively used FLOW variable column # as 6 and 7. The results are the same.  But, for now I only run it  for 20 simulation and 11 parameters.  Also I have tried many suggested solutions in these group.  

IT SAID THAT

!ERROR simulation number 2 in variable file 1 is missing or has a problem

simulation no 3 is missing from the goal.txt file

C:\users\toshiba\desktop\waalali\arc-swat\scennarios\swatcup\SUFI2.CUP.sufi2.swatcup>SUFI2_95PPU.exe finished reading observation file reading FLOW_OUT_2

Error! simulation 1 has problems

C:\users\toshiba\desktop\waalali\arc-swat\scenarios\swatcup\SUFI2.CUP.sufi2.swatcup>sufi2_95ppu_beh.exe cannot open input file/SUFI2.OUT/no_beh_sims.txt

THIS IS NOT AN ERROR!!

There were no solutions with the objective function value>_ the behavioral threshold

C:\users\toshiba\desktop\waalali\arc-swat\scenarios \swatcup\SUFI2.CUP.sufi2.swat>rem 95ppu_NO_Obs.exe

 

In addition, 

1.The climatic data have simulated  for 17 years (1998-2014) with NYSKIP 2 years. 

2. swat cup run with 2 years NYSKIP (1998 and 1999), swat cup calibration for 12 years  (2000 beginning and 2009 ending) and validation (2010-2014).

And I have tried to upload my eco.files as below.

Please do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

don't start observation from 1998. There are two years of warmup period.
