The flow out given in .rch should be directly compared with your observed data to check the modelling efficiency of the uncalibrated model.
To do this, kindly plot FlowOut and Corresponding observed discharge for each date according to availability.
Notice how many peaks are matching. Are the FlowOut and Observed Discharge following a trend? Also find out NSE of this uncalibrated model. If these results are encouraging, then the model can calibrated via SWAT-CUP.

You should simply calibrate your model with observed streamflow (m/s3) and select the exact column where you have the streamflow (flow out ) values in the SWAT base model access file that have the same unit (m/s3). Rest everything should be fine.

I have as observed data the height of water (mm) given from limnigraph records in the outlet in Subasin1 and the duration of the runoff so we can calculate the speed (3/s). (duration because the study area is in an arid region and we have intermittent streams) .
So to convert the records to flow (m3/s) sould I multiply the speed (m/s) x :
- the transverse area of the reach 1 (width x height of water )
- the area of reach1 (legth/width)
- the area of all reach of watreshed
???
Please help.

Hello everyone,
I am looking for specific data on West Africa, including:
If you have access to these datasets or know reliable links where I can download them, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share them with me.
Thank you in advance for your help!
