SIMULATION WORKS ONLY FOR 3 OBSERVATIONS

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to calibrate my monthly streamflow model,
But the simulation results only work for three observations.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?
Could it be a date-related issue? Also, do I need to modify the time.prt file
