Hello everyone,

In SWAT CUP folder, the output.rch and output.sub files show "0" value  for all months and all years for a particular sub basin. I have attached the watershed delineation map and reach and sub basin section highlighting the flow out and water yield column, even SWAT model .mdb file also has the same "0" value. Please find the attachment. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Thanks and regards

Sorry David,no solutions yet. Also I didn't get any reasons to justify the issue.

Considering you have the right rainfall data; I would say it is probably because no water has been routed to the reach.
For example, too much water has been lost to the deep aquifer, and/or water has been depleted by irrigation...or something along these lines...
Check parameters controlling infiltration of water in the soil, the ones that set Manning`s 'n' value, and the ones controlling transmission losses.
Also, check management operations that may be causing too much infiltration.

In addition to my previous answer, you should check if your precipitation data is correct.
