Calibration error using SWAT-CUP SUFI2 calibrate evapotranspiration at sub scale

Hi everyone!

I am calibrating evapotranspiration at sub-scale using the SWAT-CUP SUFI2 method. But I encountered an error "Cannot open input file SUFI2.OUT/ET_1.txt". Does anyone know the problem? Attached are the SWAT-CUP input files and the error snapshot is as follows. I really appreciate your help.

It is always best to specify your problem and always upload these files. Your problem could be different from others.

Dear Dr. Karim,

These are the attached files. I am calibrating evapotranspiration at the sub-basin scale on a daily basis. I tried several runs and I am attaching files related to a trial run with 10 simulations. Even when I did 500 simulations, the error was the same. For some iterations, the simulations in Sufi2_Run.bat stop after a couple of iterations.

I didn't see a problem with these files. In the SUFI2_extract.bat, is the 

  

SUFI2_extract_sub.exe 

file remarked or active? Also see the Echo file for a clue to the problem

Thanks a lot for your reply Dr. Karim. I am unable to attach the batch file here due to security reasons, so I am attaching an image of text file of SUFI2_extract.bat.I am also attaching all the files in the Echo folder.

I had not checked the  SUFI2_extract_sub.exe in  SUFI2_extract.bat. I have run a simulation again Sir, hope it works! Thanks a lot..

I could solve this issue with the solution provided by Dr. Karim.

well you can see in the batch file.... you are not extracting from output.sub file, you are only extracting form .rch file.

In the extract_sub.def file you specify output.sub, so you should run SUFI2_extract_sub in the extract.bat file 

REM means remark, means it will not execute.

output.sub     : swat output file name

1              : number of variables to get

8             : variable column number(s) in the swat output file (as many as the above number)
