Crop Yield calibration

Hello everyone, does any one know how we can calibrate the crop yield? Which output should I use and which column in the output should be compared with the observed?

If anyone knows the procedure, please let me know.

I only have the annual observed data and I don't have it for each subbasin or hru separately, so how can I calibrate the crop yield for the whole watershed?

besides, the simulated value shows zero and idk why? I tried almost everything, from .hru to .mgt , I read all those group conversation, but I didn't have any progress, please if anyone knows how to fix these problems, please help me.
