I am working with daily data from 2015 to 2024, and I have defined a 2-year warm-up period. The total number of daily data points is 2922. However, during the calibration process, only 2587 data points are being used.

This discrepancy is causing issues in my calibration results. I would like to understand why there is a reduction in the number of data points and which settings might be responsible for this problem. For example, it could be related to the warm-up period, the observed data time range, or missing values in the dataset.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to identify and resolve this issue.
