Winter Closing Meeting!

Hey everyone!!

I hope you had a relaxing Thanksgiving break, and are ready to conquer FINALS WEEK! YEAHHH. I know that 24hr quiet hours do not start for another week, but please be respectful because I know that a lot of people are already in the thick of their work!

We need to have a hall meeting prior to winter closing. We will only be having ONE meeting for both halls (like last time) but I want to ask everyone's opinion on when to have it. (I know that I am not going to be able to accommodate all schedules but I will do my best).

Monday December 5th 7:00 pm

Monday December 5th 9:00 pm

Tuesday December 6th 7:00 pm

PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL STATING EVERY MEETING TIME YOU CAN ATTEND. I want to pick a time that is most convenient for everyone. If you can not make any of the times, contact me directly and we will work something out.

Also, some of you (Rachel J, Alex S, Shelby T) have not returned the yellow ROOM CONDITION INVENTORY SHEET. I need these back IMMEDIATELY!!!!! (don't forget to sign and date them)

I know that some of you have been going to FOOD BANK this semester and that is WONDERFUL!! There is still an opportunity to go THIS FRIDAY 1PM-4PM.
