But before you leave...

Check your name off on my door and write when you plan to leave!

Fill out the white slip on your door!

(Do not forget to leave your heater on!)

The EXPRESS CHECK OUT FORMS are tacked to my door. Come pick them up! You need both the green slip and the white envelope!

If you do not want to do the express checkout, come talk to me ASAP so we can set up a time to do a walk through!

If you have not given me your Yellow Room Condition Inventory Form I am coming after you tonight!
