Winter Break Checkout!

Hey everyone!

Just a few reminders:

Please Sign the roster posted on my door with the approximate time and date of your departure for winter break.

Fill out the white slip on your door before you leave!

Turn off/ unplug all electronics and lights.

Unplug your refrigerator and defrost freezers (I suggest leaving the fridge door open and placing a towel on the floor)

Turn ON the heat on LOW (a pipe bursts in Swartz every winter break, do not let it be ours!)

Lock your window and door.

MOVING OUT OF SWARTZ?

-Sign the roster on my door

-fill out the white slip on your door

-fill out the express checkout form and place room key in your envelope (I will pass those out to you as soon as they come back from the printer). This grants me permission to do a sweep of your room (after you have moved out) and make sure there is no additional damage than what you listed on the yellow Room Inventory Contract.

OR

-set up a time to do a walk through of your room with me. Contact me individually and we will work out a day and time to make sure there is no additional damage than what you listed on the yellow Room Inventory Contract. Keep in mind, these sweeps must be conducted after you have removed your belongings but before you leave campus, and turn in your room key.
