Mike, can you delete your replies to the original post as well, as Google copies the original post in the reply mail, even if you delete them.

Ok, so much for a good idea... chapters 1-8 are too large for an attachment.

Chapters 4-8 (I already posted 1-3) are too large for an attachment,

So I will post them chapter by chapter. Sigh.
